Esmeralde glanced at them suspiciously. “Fine, but people would find it odd if two men like you were always with me.” She placed a perfectly manicured finger on her chin to think for a moment before checking them out. “Hmm… You both could be considered handsome, I suppose. What is it you do on this planet for a living now?”
In ways they saw her point, this wasn’t like when they were children where such things were more or less ignored. Yet, neither cared. “(Lady Esmeralde, since when have these insects mattered?)”

The twins didn’t care about a good 90% of the chunk of the world, so their perceptions meant nothing to them. If someone bothered them enough on the issue, they could simply swat the bug into silence.
